We love to build the projects we design, thats why Telluric Landscapes has a C-27 Contracting License. During the Construction Management and building phase of the project, we ensure the build is being executed to plan and to the highest quality and standards of the industry. 

Construction Management and Contracting Services include:

  • Coordinate and liaison between contractors, sub-contractors and Client

  • Layout and mark specific design features on site

  • Ensure build is being executed to plan

  • Inspect quality of materials and installation

  • Keep project on schedule

  • Purchase and layout all plant material
