DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
In the Design Development phase, we focus in on exactly how we want the landscape to look and function. We research and source specific plant material, lighting fixtures and hardscape materials. We then draft a Planting Plan, Lighting Plan and Irrigation Plan. Drainage, Grading and Utility Plans are also drafted in this phase.
Services for the Design Development phase include:
Plant Portfolio - Telluric creates a detailed list of plants, with images and quantities. Plants are carefully chosen for site specific conditions, uses in the garden and blooming times.
Specifications & Cut Sheets - Client receives specifications on materials, light fixtures, irrigation and other equipment associated with their design.
Dimensions & Elevations: Exact dimensions & elevations are specified to prepare for all details and construction drawings.
