CONSTRUCTION PLANNING
The Construction Planning phase of the project focuses on budgeting, permits and drafting construction documents. We want to ensure that your project fits your budget and is not delayed by paperwork. Telluric coordinates with the City/County and Water District to get your project passed by Building and Planning. We submit drawings and all associated documents for permit acquisition, as well as water efficiency calculations and green point documents.
