SUSTAINABILITY
We are stewards of the land. We design properties intelligently, by implementing permaculture principles to create self-sustaining ecosystems that reuse and capture the natural resources of the land.
WATER: Swales, berms, rain gardens, rain harvesting and grey water systems conserve water and help increase the water table.
SOIL: The soil is the very health of the garden. We work hard to build up the quality of the soil with organic materials and aeration, transforming even the most compacted construction soil into fertile ground for plants to thrive.
PLANTS: We believe that every plant in the landscape should have a purpose. Replacing traditional ornamental plants with plants native to California helps restore habitat and provides food for pollinators, vital for preserving California's biodiversity.
