LANDSCAPE CRew Member

 

Landscape installation for new construction on high end projects. Includes: hardscape (rockwork, concrete & carpentry), irrigation, soil prep, planting, grading & low voltage lighting

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage time efficiently to complete tasks for the day
  • Maintain and organize company tools & equipment
  • Support entire crew and supervisor to reach end of day goals
  • Responsible for keeping job site clean and supplies organized
  • Report to job site Supervisor throughout the day for instructions
  • Responsible for keeping plants on-site watered

REQUIREMENTS

  • Focused, self-motivated & detailed-oriented  
  • This is a physical job- must maintain steady work pace alongside crew
  • Can implement most efficient way of completing a task
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in landscape installation, building & construction
  • Plant and planting knowledge
  • Can install and repair drip irrigation systems
  • Can wire a low voltage lighting system
  • Has apprentice level masonry, concrete and/or carpentry skills
  • Is punctual & reliable
  • Will study to raise skill level to meet the above requirements

COMPENSATION

  • Pay $17/hr to start, (30 day trial period) $18-$20/hr thereafter based on    skill
  • Raises based on performance and skill level
